Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Customer Service
Responsibilities: Working in our call center, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls while providing efficient and timely responses to insured and medical provider inquiries regarding benefits, claims status, certificate coverages and procedures.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills refined while working in a call center environment. Experience with and understanding of medical terminology is essential. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are required. The environment is highly automated, so the candidate must be proficient with window's based applications. The hours for this position are 9 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday.

Position Title: Account Executive
Department: International Marketing
Responsibilities: The marketing department currently has a career opening for an “International Account Executive”. The successful candidate will provide a proven track record in the insurance industry combined with the ability to work in an independent environment. This position’s responsibilities include: • Identify and recruit prospective producers • Manage a current territory of established producers • Train and educate producers by acting as a consultant in the sales and marketing of products • Cultivate long-term account relationships
Qualifications: The successful candidate will provide a proven track record in the insurance industry combined with the ability to work in an independent environment. Requirements include a valid Indiana Insurance license or the ability to pass the Indiana Licensing exam. A college degree is preferred, but is not required. Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus. Position Title: Agency Services Representative
Department: iTravel Insured
Responsibilities: The primary duties for this position involve providing administrative support to the iTI organization. This includes document preparation, premium administration and reporting, customer service, filing, enrollment of new agents, distribution of training and marketing materials and supply maintenance.
Qualifications: We are seeking an individual with a HS Diploma and at least 2 years experience of customer service experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required due to the interaction this individual will have with our agency producers. Good automation skills including knowledge of Microsoft programs are necessary.
