I am pleased to welcome you to International Medical Group®, Inc. (IMG®).
At IMG, we strive to be the company that you want to do business with, not the company you have to do business with. To achieve this we design valuable products and support those products with efficient, accurate and friendly services.
Since we opened our doors in January 1990, we have dedicated our efforts to serving the unique needs of a broad spectrum of customers. We have grown to be a major administrator of international insurance products by providing medical security to hundreds of thousands of individuals, families and groups who are traveling or residing abroad in more than 170 countries.
As we focus on the international market, we can help alleviate the barriers of language, currency, times zones and culture that face our customers. We are driven to provide true Coverage Without Boundaries® by encompassing all of these components.
To complement our core business and to further assist our customers in the best way possible, we developed four subsidiary companies. They include Akeso Care Management®, iTravelInsured®, IMG-Stop LossSM and IMG Europe Ltd.
Our family of companies provides around-the-clock medical management services, trip cancellation programs to help protect travel investments, stop loss insurance designed to reduce the financial risk for employers who self-fund their employee medical plans, and an international based service center offering sales and marketing support and emergency medical assistance to our European insured members.
We will continually serve those who purchase our products. Whether they are a family investing their hard-earned dollars in a dream vacation, an employer struggling to manage rising health care costs, or a church group traveling abroad on a humanitarian mission, we will deliver efficient, personal and valuable assistance to each of them.
